Welcome John Todaro to the Team

We are HONORED to announce our partnership with John Todaro, BA, NRP, RN, TNS, NCEE, CHSE, CHSOS. John has come on board as our Senior Clinical Advisor. He brings a level of care, concern, and expertise that will bring MandemTech's vision to life. Here is what he has to say:

"Throughout my career in paramedicine, I’ve evaluated countless tools and technologies aimed at supporting paramedicine professionals. Very few demonstrate a meaningful understanding of the realities of paramedicine.

 I was introduced to MandemTech during the development of ERA, their Emergency Response Assistant platform. After reviewing the system and engaging with the team, it became clear that ERA was being built with a level of clinical respect, technical discipline, and real-world awareness that is uncommon in this space.

 I chose to partner with MandemTech because ERA addresses a genuine need in paramedicine: providing structured, intelligent support to paramedicine professionals without attempting to replace clinical judgment. The platform is designed to reinforce decision-making, reduce cognitive load, and improve consistency in high-pressure environments.

In my role as a clinical advisor, I am actively involved in guiding the platform’s clinical direction, ensuring alignment with established paramedicine standards, and helping the team think critically about how technology should responsibly support patient care.
